The "Sky Fair" is known for the fact that here balloonists compete in speed and maneuverability and arrange air battles for different objects on the ground. A separate nomination is design: you can see balls with pigs and even with a portrait of Che Guevara. The opening ceremony is late in the evening, when all the balloons rise into the sky at once and float away into the sunset. The most beautiful thing at the festival is the closing ceremony. Balloons will also rise into the sky, but they will still glow with different lights.
It is held annually in the city of Kungur (Perm region), in the summer.
